AUSTRALIAN THEATRE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE (ATYP)
Australian Theatre for Young People is the national youth theatre company. We exist to
connect young people with the professional theatre industry locally, regionally and
nationally. It’s the principle on which the company was founded in 1963. It’s what drives us
today.
Australian Theatre for Young People specialises in integrating professional theatre practice
with supportive youth theatre process. We love working with all levels of the arts industry,
from the most celebrated national companies to the smallest youth theatres. Our work
supports young people from their first theatre experience to their first professional
production.
Our vision is to forever raise expectations of what theatre with young people can achieve.
MILLSTONE PRODUCTIONS
This is where Millstone Production begins! We are a brand-new theatre and film production
company who wholeheartedly believe that the arts have a place in the lives of every
Australian. We hope to bring stories that demand to be told to more people, with a team of
people who inspire us with their creativity and work ethic.
We are very lucky and excited to have the support of ATYP through this process, it is by far
one of our favourite theatre venues in Sydney! For Moth, our aim is to let the quality of the
writing and respectful approach of our artists involved to let the story unfold of its own
volition, offering the most honest and instinctive portrayal of the words on the page.
