else you know might need to speak further. Below is a list of health services that could be
useful:
1. Lifeline

Lifeline’s service is staffed by trained volunteer telephone counsellors who are ready to take
calls 24-hour a day, any day of the week from anywhere in Australia. These volunteers
operate from Life-line Centres in every State and Territory around Australia.
Lifeline also offers PDF tool kits
with topics that include: Beating the Blues, Suicide
Prevention, Difficult Times and others.
