Did you know that the fitness ball (aka physio ball
or stability ball) was actually developed by an Italian
toy manufacturer in the 1960’s? Did you know a Swiss
doctor first started using it for rehabilitation? Probably
not, but you may have heard it referred to as a Swiss
ball before? Now you know why. Regardless, it is an
invaluable tool for helping us get into shape

Well I’m all about that core! Like the foundation of
your house, your core is the support system for your
body. It’s your central source of power and necessary
for efficient movement. Working on the fitness ball
helps develop and strengthen your core muscles.
