Have you heard of yoga paddle boarding,
or under water spin classes? Maybe you have
heard of trampoline workouts or aerial yoga. The
first thought that usually comes to mind when
researching these classes and fitness trends is,
do they really work and how expensive are they?
This column will explore fitness trends that may
be slightly off the beaten path. She will look at the
fitness fundamentals involved in the workout and if
it is advertised accurately.
