at Sid Yoga Center, and she revealed that for her the training was not difficult, as she enjoyed each moment of the training process. “I was actually a little sad after I had completed the last part because I loved being at the studio all day long, and I would learn so much each week that I was there. I felt like I could not get enough of it. I have an amazing mentor though and continue to learn from him all of the time.” Before becoming an instructor, Crystal was an actress and model for ten years and still does some shoots. Thus, she has even more incentive to maintain her fit and healthy body. She does this through yoga obviously, but also through running and eating healthy with a balanced approach to food, saying she loves to cook fresh meals at home and also to go out to eat where she gets her best cooking ideas from. Yet she does have a weakness for sweets, but knows that deprivation altogether is not the key, but rather limits herself to how much she has. As far as yoga goes, her favorite form for herself that she enjoys is Vinyasa, as she likes the flow from posture to posture. Crystal also loves to go for a morning run as a nice counterpart to yoga, telling us, “When I run is when I plan my day, come up with ideas, and just enjoy another way of being outside.
