CRYSTAL MILANA “A lifetime practice,” is how yoga instructor Crystal Milana describes what yoga means to her. A certified instructor at Sid Yoga Center in Towson, MD, Crystal’s passion, energy, and dedication to yoga impacts her students and those around her, inspiring people to gain and experience all of the benefits that yoga delivers. She believes that through yoga, “You learn to connect to your mind, body, and spirit, and how you can find peace within each of them. You learn the power of focused breath and being able to focus your mind. However, she soon discovered how amazing she felt after each class and loved the challenge of the postures and the friendly, family atmosphere. After seeing what a positive impact yoga had on her life, Crystal wanted to share that with others and get more of her friends involved.
