CRYSTAL MILANA
“A lifetime practice,” is how yoga
instructor Crystal Milana describes what yoga
means to her. A certified instructor at Sid Yoga
Center in Towson, MD, Crystal’s passion, energy,
and dedication to yoga impacts her students and
those around her, inspiring people to gain and
experience all of the benefits that yoga delivers.

you can find peace within each of them. You
learn the power of focused breath and being
able to focus your mind. You also learn how to
have a deeper connection to God or the universe
through yoga.”
