The idea is for people to register to cook wings , set up along Main Street . Guests can buy a ticket to taste the wings , while enjoying music throughout town . The evening will end with a street dance , from 7 p . m . - 10 p . m . Folks are encouraged to dress up in their finest German-themed attire , with the crowd voting on a winner .
