Morrison County Fair , a fun annual tradition for many
Visitors to the annual Morrison County Fair in Little Falls can look forward to another year of music , food , fun , competitions and more , Thursday - Saturday , June 22-24 , including the Fair ’ s second annual Bulls and Barrels Rodeo .
The Fair will feature the Gopher State Carnival , and as always , there will be plenty of food on the grounds and in the 4-H Food Building .
Thursday morning will begin with the dairy goat show at 8 a . m . with the open dairy goat show to follow . The 4-H poultry show will be held at 11 a . m .
Then , at noon on Thursday , the Fair opens with the carnival , exhibits from the Minnesota Deer Hunters Association , the Morrison County Historical Society , the Minnesota Chapter of National Wild Turkey Federation Shoot and the antique tractor display by the Greater Minnesota Two-Cylinder Club will also be open .
Visitors to the Fair will have the opportunity to listen to the Rick Brix One-Man Band from 1 p . m . to 4 p . m . and Sue ’ s Country Sunshine Band and Variety Show and Students , from 5 p . m . to 8 p . m .
Other activities on Thursday include the Wesley Waffles Kid Show at 1 p . m ., 3:30 p . m . and at 7 p . m .; Dinosaur Dimensions at 2:30 p . m . 5 p . m . and at 8 p . m .; a tractor parade at 2:30 p . m .; the 4-H rabbit show at 4 p . m .; bingo from 6 p . m . to 10 p . m .; the kids pedal tractor pull at 6 p . m .; the Crow Wing County 4-H Drill Team ( at the horse arena ) at 6:30 p . m .; the tuff truck and car competition at 7 p . m .; the Morrison County animal dress up contest at 8 p . m . ( livestock arena ) and from 9 p . m . to
midnight , music by the In-Disguise DJ and Karaoke .
Friday ’ s busy schedule begins with a 4-H llama and alpaca show ( horse arena ) at 9 a . m . and the 4-H sheep and meat goat show at 10 a . m .
With the Fair opening at noon , visitors will have the chance to enjoy CMA minnow races from noon to 8 p . m ., Dinosaur Dimensions at noon , 2:30 p . m . and 5 p . m . The “ Smear ” card tournament will kickoff at 12:30 p . m . in the Exhibit Building , with bingo from 1 p . m . to 10 p . m . and the Wesley Waffles Kid Show at 1 p . m ., 3 p . m . and 6 p . m .
Friday ’ s music will be provided by the Julio Goldstein Band from 3:30 p . m . to 7 p . m . and the Whiskey Strippers Band from 9 p . m . to midnight at the beer garden stage .
