The Chakmians moved to a larger home in Morgan Hill and Sheri ’ s husband fulfilled her dream by building a large light-filled art studio . “ I love working in it ,” said Sheri . Not only does she love her studio , Sheri loves life — also reflected in her work . She no longer creates dark political images in black and white . Instead she colorfully paints with passion . “ I am in a much happier place in life right now , thanks to my husband , whom I feel his love everyday .” When asked what one thing she would say to other aspiring artists , she answered , “ Do what you love , not what people want .” Sheri believes you should always follow your dreams just as she did .
