Where do your ideas come from? My ideas come from my life experience and expressed in a descriptive manner to connect with and capture the reader. Writing and publishing a book takes a lot of dedication. Please tell us about your writing habits. Do you write full-time or part-time? What are you working on at the moment? Please give us a sneak peek. I have a busy year ahead of me. I am currently working on a guide to understanding “Open Wounds”. A youth and juvenile version of “Open Wounds”. “Open Wounds 2” and a book called “Microwave Mentality” with Dr. Whitney Gillespie. I am working on completing an audio book for “Open Wounds” in addition to releasing two songs I’ve written and co-produced called You Say and Contemplating. Do you work to an outline or plot or do you prefer just see where an idea takes you? Generally, when an idea, plot or title comes to mind I write it down until I can organize and expand on it later; including an outline which keeps me on track. Which actor/actress would you like to see playing the lead character from your most recent book? I would have to choose a youth, teenager and an adult for Open Wounds. I have to get back with you later on this one. I write part-time which will be eventually become full time. Do you have a special time to write or how is your day structured? I write during the evenings for an hour or three or when the time permits. Do you write every day, 5 days a week or when do you write? I write each day depending on my schedule and if I cannot I pick up the next available day. Do you write on a typewriter, computer, dictate or longhand? I generally write on my laptop, tablet, cellphone, pad or notebook. Do you aim for a set amount of words/pages per day? I don’t aim for a set amount of words or pages per day. I write until my thoughts no longer flow. What are your ambitions for your writing career? My ambition is to become an international and renowned author, writer and screenwriter for movies.
