LA SOIRÉE GASTRONOMIQUE DE LA FONDATION DE L ’ HÔPITAL DE LACHINE EST DE RETOUR AVEC LE CÉLÈBRE CHEF JÉRÔME FERRER

Le 6 mai , plus de 400 invités voyageront dans le temps pour célébrer le 350 e anniversaire de Lachine et le 125 e anniversaire de la ville de Dorval , dans le cadre de l ' événement de collecte de fonds annuel de la Fondation de l ’ Hôpital de Lachine qui se tiendra à l ' hôtel Marriott Terminal .
Pour la deuxième année , le célèbre chef Jérôme Ferrer nous préparera un incroyable repas gastronomique de six services qui ravira les palais de chacun . M . Ferrer est le chef cuisinier et fondateur du restaurant Europea , qui a reçu le 2 e prix Travelers ' Choice 2015 de Trip Advisor , dans la catégorie meilleur restaurant gastronomique au monde . Il fait également partie des Grandes Tables du Monde , un groupe exclusif des meilleurs restaurants du monde répartis sur cinq continents et dans 24 pays .
L ' événement de cette année sera animé par Chantal Lacroix , talentueuse personnalité de la télévision qui est également productrice , auteure , conférencière motivationnelle , femme d ' affaires et philanthrope .
Figure de proue de Canal Vie , Chantal a aidé des milliers de personnes grâce à l ’ émission Donnez au suivant , dont le concept est d ' amener les gens à donner . Dans la même veine , l ’ émission On efface et on recommence a aidé jusqu ' à présent 23 familles québécoises à traverser une période difficile en rénovant leur maison .
Chantal est la fondatrice du Camp SOS Santé Beauté , une escapade de santé et de bien-être qui en est à sa 9 e édition . Elle organise également d ' autres événements de ce genre au profit d ’ organismes à but non lucratif .
En complément à la haute gastronomie , la soirée proposera , entre autres , de la musique , de la danse et un encan silencieux . Les participants auront aussi la chance de gagner un voyage . Les profits de l ' événement serviront à l ' achat de matériel médical de pointe par la Fondation , dont le mandat est d ’ offrir des soins de qualité et tout le confort nécessaire au séjour des patients de l ' Hôpital de Lachine .
Les billets pour l ' événement sont disponibles au coût de 250 $ par personne et de 3000 $ pour les tables d ' entreprise . LACHINE HOSPITAL FOUNDATION ’ S GASTRONOMIC EVE- NING WITH RENOWNED CHEF JÉRÔME FERRER RETURNS
On May 6 , over 400 guests will be transported back in time to celebrate the 350th anniversary of Lachine and the 125th anniversary of the City of Dorval as part of the Lachine Hospital Foundation ’ s annual spring fundraising event at the Marriott In-Terminal Airport Hotel .
For the second year in a row , world-class chef Jérôme Ferrer will be on hand to provide guests with an amazing gastronomic sixcourse meal that will delight the palates of everyone in the room . Mr . Ferrer is the celebrity chef and founder of Europea Restaurant , which was voted the second best fine dining restaurant in the world by Trip Advisor ' s 2015 Travelers ' Choice Awards . It is also part of the distinguished " Grandes Tables du Monde ", an exclusive group of the world ’ s finest restaurants that spans five continents and 24 countries .
Hosting this year ’ s event will be Chantal Lacroix , the multi-talented television personality who also works as a producer , author , motivational speaker , business woman and philanthropist .
A permanent fixture on Canal Vie , Chantal has helped thousands of people through the show Donnez au suivant - the concept of which is to get people to pay it forward . And in the same spirit of giving , another show called On efface et on recommence has so far helped 23 Quebec families through periods of difficulty , by renovating their homes .
Chantal is also the founder of the Camp SOS Santé Beauté , a health and wellness getaway that is in its ninth edition , and she also organizes other events of its kind with proceeds going to charity .
In addition to the haute-cuisine experience , the evening will feature , among other things , live music and dancing , a silent auction , and the chance to win a trip . Proceeds from the event will go towards the purchase of new medical equipment in an effort to fulfill the Foundation ’ s mandate of making the patient experience at the Lachine Hospital as efficient and comfortable as possible .
