Compliance
For all new, redeveloped, or rehabilitated buildings
or structures including transmission,
communications, or energy generation structures
(including electrical transmission towers/lines,
cellular and radio transmission towers, wind
generation towers, and other similar structures),
ensure compliance with FAR Part 77 height limit
requirements to minimize vertical obstructions. In
addition, ensure the developments and structures
are compatible with, and do not pose a safety
hazard to, air operations in the region.
