MoneywebDRIVE: Frankfurt Special 2015 Bugatti’s Virtual Car Becomes a Reality The Bugatti Vision Gran Turismo concept car has its roots in the famous racing game Gran Turismo, the result of a competition to design “virtual” cars to compete in Gran Turismo 6. The design of the car is said to be inspired by the Type 57 G that won the Le Mans 24 Hour race in 1937. The colour scheme of this new show car was also inspired by that famous race-winning Bugatti. The Veyron uses a W-16 quad-turbo engine and holds the Guinness World record for production cars with a  R ear-end of the Bugatti Vision GT Concept features a tail-section inspired by Le Mans prototype racers and Scalloped flanks in hues of blue are reminiscent of classic Bugatti racers from the 1930s 28 top speed of over 400km/h.
