Money Matters Dec '17-Feb '18 | Page 7

The holiday season is upon us, with hopefully a chill in the air. For many this is a time to reflect on what the past year has brought and think about the upcoming year. In reflecting on all the past year has brought many are called to give back to the communities that have supported them or to give back to organizations that impact others. When thinking about how best to serve there are many opportunities such as Toy Drives and the ever present bell ringers for the Salvation Army, there are many ways to serve that don’t require money but the giving of one’s time.

Throughout the North Texas region and even here in Denton there are many organizations that could use volunteers to help them serve the community through the holiday season.
