We are delighted to welcome you to the third number of our MONAD magazine. The ethos of MONAD is to bring its readers a new perspective of integral knowledge in the fields of science, culture, literature, history, health, music, architecture, religion, spirituality, art and philosophy. In this number we also introduce the first of a series of articles on the esoteric Science of Astrology. The fruitful merge between education and spirituality are brought to you in an interview with St James, an independent school for boys in Ashford, Surrey (UK). We continue with our regular series In the HighLight introducing a new member from the Academy team and the interviews on Wisdom. You can also read about the new research linking the Human Resource management with latest research in the quantum physics. In the first number of MONAD we have mentioned that according to a research done by Integral Studies Academy, Publisher's Letter the modern education is in need of a new paradigm of fundamental transformation at all levels of the humanity. The new paradigm in our vision, should deal with 3 main areas: • The reinstating of the fundamental values of human nature with the scope of fulfilling of its Divine meaning and potential • The world wide dissemination and sharing of the advancements into the Spiritual knowledge and practical achievements that already exist and which can equip everyone to achieve the first • The education for the new generation of children and new born babies that increasingly show higher holistic intelligence rate which leaves parents, teachers and society unprepared to unprecedented levels We have introduced the first topics in our previous numbers and we will cover the third point in this magazine.
