CHEF'S SECRETS

Pina-vocado Smoothie

Let’s kick off summer right with a refreshing, healthy, and delicious smoothie recipe made with pineapple, coconut, and avocado! The kids will LOVE this too!

Ingredients:

½ cup orange juice

½ cup frozen pineapple

½ avocado

½ of a frozen banana

½ lime, juiced

3 tablespoons coconut milk, if you have it

Pinch of sea salt

Directions:

Blend well, pour into a glass and enjoy!

Serves one.

I like to garnish mine with unsweetened

coconut flakes and a lime wedge.

You can also add some spinach to boost

the nutrition. ENJOY!
