Homemade Freezable French Toast from Alyscia K. McDermott's Kitchen

3 eggs

3/4 cup non-fat or low-fat milk

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 tablespoons sugar

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 loaf of your favorite bread for French toast

Beat ingredients with whisk or mixer

Heat pan to medium, enough for butter to be sizzling but not browning

Butter the pan/griddle

Dip each slice in milk/egg mixture

Brown on both sides on medium heat

Keeps well in freezer and can be toasted

Optional:

Cream can also be used in place of milk if you do want the low fat option above.

1-2 Tbs of Southern Comfort or Jack Daniels can be added to milk mixture - remove equal part milk if adding.
