The advanced training helps prepare healthcare profes- sionals, emergency response teams and other government officials for emer- gency response and optimal decision-making during a large-scale emergency, such as a natural disaster or terrorist attack. The training sessions, Healthcare Leadership (HCL) and Hospital Emergency Response Team (HERT), included a combination of lectures and hands-on drills. Getrude Hawk Opens New Headquarters Gertrude Hawk Chocolates recently marked the opening of its new headquar- ters in Throop. Following the sale of the company’s ingredients division to Barry Callebaut, the Hawk family will retain own- ership of the Gertrude Hawk Chocolates retail, fundraising and traditional wholesale divisions, as well as Drew’s Organics.
