One-year-old Williams was born with Down Syndrome and his family has begun an effort, “Tommy’s Troopers,” to raise awareness about the condition. The NEPA Youth Shelter recently held an open house at its Teen Drop In Center, located at 541 Wyoming Avenue in Scranton. The shelter provides quality emergency shelter and related services to unaccompanied youth ages 14 through high school graduates from all counties in the region, as well as food, clothing, educational support, counseling, family reunification, and/or preparation for independent living. Scranton Orthopaedic Specialists Joins Coordinated Health Family Coordinated Health (CH) announced that the company has closed on an agreement for Dickson City-based Scranton Orthopaedic Specialists to become part of the CH family effective immediately. The affiliation with SOS will enable Coordinated Health to extend its successful model of coordinated care to the residents of the greater Scranton area.
