PERSONNEL Attorney Zach Berger has joined the commercial team at Hourigan, Kluger & Quinn, PC (HKQ Law), where he will provide legal advice to business and personal law clients, specializing in banking and fi nance, real estate and zoning, and transactional work. He will be based in the fi rm’s Kingston offi ce. The Board of Directors of Johnson College has selected Katie Leonard to be the next president and chief executive offi cer of Johnson College. Ms. Leonard currently serves as the Executive Vice President of the College and began her tenure in January of 2007 as the College’s Coordinator of Grants and Annual Fund. From there, she had continued success in the areas of fundraising and community outreach, which led her to become the Director of Development, Director of Institutional Advancement, and then Vice President of Institutional Advancement and Senior Vice President of College Advancement. FNCB Bank has announced the appointment of David H. Bulzo ni to the position of Vice President, Government Banking Sales Offi cer. He joins Joan Triolo as part of the FNCB Government Banking team. Mr. Bulzoni will be responsible for managing and developing local government banking relationships. Keyur Mavani, M.D., has joined the medical staff at Geisinger Cardiology Scranton. Board certifi ed in cardiovascular disease and internal medicine, Dr. Mavani will focus on managing and preventing cardiovascular disease through a variety of testing, including stress tests, echocardiograms, EKGs, nuclear imaging and more. John Amabile was recently hired as a network administrator at Bedrock Technology in Jessup.
