PERSONNEL REPORT Andrew Snyder was recently named director of continuing education for AAA North Penn. He started his career with AAA North Penn in the Emergency Road Service department in April of 2009. He was then promoted to administrative assistant in the Scranton Administrative office. He was later trained and certified as a mature operator instructor. Kelly Musti, PT, DPT, GCS, Director of the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Lackawanna College, was featured at the National Combined Sections Meeting for the American Physical Therapy Association in San Antonio, Texas, in February. Dr. Musti was primary author on a research study and poster presentation entitled “The Value of Participation in an Interactive, Case-Based Interprofessional Education Activity between Physical Therapy and Physical Therapist Assistant Students”, alongside co-investigators Dr. Barbara Wagner and Dr. Dana Maida from the University of Scranton. Fidelity Bank Jill Marie Valentini, Retail Branch Manager of Fidelity Bank’s Green Ridge Office, was named 2017 Fidelity Banker of the Year. Ms. Valentini has been with Fidelity Bank since 2008 and served as Teller Services Supervisor as well as Assistant Branch Manager at both the Abington and Green Ridge Offices before she assumed her current position. She is a graduate of the Leadership Lackawanna Class of 2015 and currently serves on its board of directors. Two other bankers were also honored for their excellence and outstanding performance. The SWB RailRiders (Triple-A/New York Yankees) recently added three new full-time members to its front office staff. Scott A’Hara was named chief financial officer/controller, Jordan Maydole was named director of community relations and Amy Miller was named office manager. The team also promoted several staff within the organization as follows: Vice President Curt Camoni was named assistant general manager of baseball operations, Katie Beekman was named vice president of corporate partnerships and services, Bob McLane was named vice president of ticket sales, Billy Steiner was named director of business operations, Kristina Knight was named senior director of graphic design/corporate services, Felicia Adamus was named senior director of ticket operations, Kelly Cusick was named inside sales manager, Mike Harvey was named group sales manager, Noelle Richard was named corporate services manager, Gina Sorce was named corporate services manager/director of special events and Victor Sweet was named director of analytics/video and website manager. 10 • The Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce Kristin Grow, Fidelity Bank Customer Care Center Manager received the “2017 Outstanding Customer Service Partner” Award. June A. Capooci, Customer Service Representative, Fidelity Bank Dunmore Branch, was honored with the “2017 Excellence in Customer Service” Award.
