Fidelity Bank
Joann Marsili was recently
promoted to Senior Vice President
at Fidelity Bank. She is a member
of the Bank’s Senior Management
Team and serves as director of
marketing and sales. With more
than 25 years of marketing and sales
management experience, she continues to lead the
Fidelity Marketing Department in driving the Fidelity
Bank brand and increase sales through strategic
planning, sales strategy, marketing communications,
e-commerce and digital delivery.
Theresa Hinton, Esq. was named
Vice President. She joined Fidelity
Bank in 2015, bringing with her
more than 25 years of legal
experience and diverse areas of
civil litigation including corporate
law, civil rights, guardianship
matters, estates and trusts, probate, real estate
and employment law. As trust officer, she uses her
legal expertise to assist clients in setting up trusts
and managing the details, responsibilities and legal
requirements to serve Fidelity Trust clients as their
executor, trustee or custodian.
Patty DeScipio was named Assistant
Vice President. She joined
the Bank in 2014 as marketing
communications officer. In her
role, she serves Fidelity Bank using
public relations, social media,
advertising and event planning to
bring Fidelity Bank to the marketplace. Overseeing a
myriad of marketing projects, community events and
sales promotions, she is responsible for producing an
exemplary presence for Fidelity Bank.
Judy Knowles Comerford
has been elevated to Officer
status. She is the Customer
Experience Manager at Fidelity
Bank and has been responsible
for the oversight of bank
training initiatives by delivering
quality education to Fidelity Bankers to create an
exemplary client experience.
