OFFICIAL NOTICE TO
CHAMBER MEMBERS
In accordance with the by-laws of The Greater Scranton
Chamber of Commerce, the Governance Committee has
presented a slate of candidates for election to the Board
of Directors. The names of the candidates are herewith
submitted for your review:
Anthony D. Aquilina, DO, MBA, Regional President,
Geisinger Northeast; Ronda L. Beemer, NCIDQ, Director
of Business Development, Quandel Construction Group/
QEI Construction; William P. Conaboy, President,
Allied Services; Nancy Sarno de los Rios, Co-Owner,
Sarno & Son; Mitch Dolan, COO Radio & Outdoor,
Times Shamrock; Joseph F. Fasula, Co-Owner, Gerrity’s
Supermarkets; Greg Gagorik, President/Owner, Toyota
of Scranton; Daniel J. Santaniello, President/CEO,
Fidelity Bank; Trish Savitsky, Senior Vice President
& Chief Services Offi cer, TMG Health; and Lisa Hall
Zielinski, Director, University of Scranton Small Business
Development Center.
Additional candidates for directors can be nominated
by petition bearing the genuine signature of at least 15
members of the Chamber, in good standing. Such petition
must be fi led with the Governance Committee by April
20th. The determination of the Governance Committee as
to the legality of the petition(s) shall be fi nal.
If no legal petition is fi led by April 20th nominations shall
be closed and the candidates declared elected by the
Board of Directors at its May meeting.
If a legal petition presents additional candidates, you will
be notifi ed and an election by ballot initiated.
