Rice Pudding & Dulce de Leche Parfait
Ingredients
• 1 cup rice
• 2 cloves
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 4 ¼ cups milk
• 1 can condensed milk
• Ground cinnamon
• 1 cup dulce de leche

Directions
1. Place rice in sauce pan and add
cloves, cinnamon stick and milk.
2. Heat pan over low heat, stirring
constantly until rice is cooked.
3. Add condensed milk and mix for
about 20 minutes or until thickened.
Set aside to cool. (remove cloves and
cinnamon stick)
4. Serve in glasses layered with dulce
de leche and sprinkle ground
cinnamon on top.
