range”
tends
to
be
misleading,
since
range
can
olen
be
an
unpredictable
factor.
During
this
shoot,
the
models
politely
and
calmly
applied
the
paint
to
one
another
–
in
other
shoots,
if
the
paint
is
being
flung
or
thrown,
I
highly
recommend
the
use
of
protecJve
eye
goggles.
Any
areas
around
the
eyes
that
need
to
be
filled
in
can
be
hand
painted
later
for
safety.
Of
the
many
paints
out
there,
it
is
important
to
select
paints
that
are
nontoxic
and
that
clean
up
easily.
Some
body
paints
work
well,
while
others
tend
to
fade
quickly
as
they
dry
–
in
this
case,
nonJxic
craling
paint
provided
the
best
overall
look.
Other
varieJes
of
paint
include
glow
in
the
dark
paints,
metallic
colors,
neon
colors
–
whene
it
comes
to
a
paint
shoot,
your
imaginaJon
is
the
limit.
This
is
not
an
ideal
shoot
to
schedule
if
you
have
another
event
scheduled
for
your
studio
the
next
day,
or
the
day
aler,
or
the
following
day
–
took
about
three
days
(and
repainJng
one
enJre
wall)
to
return
the
studio
to
regular
condiJon.
So,
was
it
worth
it?
Absolutely!
ShooJng
with
paint
can
be
fun
and
imaginaJve,
and
can
create
a
very
unique
and
original
look
to
spice
up
a
model’s
poroolio.
Over
the
summer,
BTWE
will
be
planning
several
photography
workshops
involving
paint,
including
a
bodypaint
workshop,
and
a
paint
free
for
all.
