Focus on the one lovely
moment you had that day,
the single minute that made
you happy. It doesn’t have
to be something big, just a
simple lovely moment with
your sweetheart. Hold onto
this thought just a minute
longer as you close your
day. When you do this, you
will see will more beautiful
acts by your partner. The
more you appreciate them,
the better you will see. The
more positive you are towards the one you love,
the better their responses
towards you. It makes you
even more appreciative of
them resulting in an unending spiral.

step for preparation. Get an
accountability partner. That
could be a good friend. But
