“Much of the marketing material and infrastructure is available online, so they are able to focus on what they do best. They don’t even need to be registered real estate agents, because once the client has shown a willingness to buy then our senior property advisor is able to step in and guide the client through the rest of the purchasing process. “From the client’s perspective, everything is handled seamlessly as we offer a high level of support - whether it be organising or liaising with professional services such as conveyancers or developers, or following up after a tenant has committed to the property to ensure that expectations are being met. “We guide the client by the hand all the way through, so that the level of comfort is also high for the franchisee, who is able to concentrate on what they do well: sharing their story of property investing with someone else.” As well as identifying strong growth areas for property, The Successful Investor has also earmarked growth areas in Australia for future franchise opportunities. “We anticipated that Victoria and New South Wales would be quite strong, because they have always been strong markets for property investors,” Paul said. We are keen to get a few franchises up and running in Queensland, but it is always going to be the more densely populated regions that are more popular.” After joining The Successful Investor as a franchisee, each new business receives six months of business mentoring and training in delivering the ‘client experience’ to potential clients.
