Not so much a Chocolate Lover? Here’s what you can do for VDay: Heart shaped Shortbread Cookies: I’m sharing my own Shortbread Cookie recipe. You can pick up heartshaped cookie cutters from your local Michael’s, Walmart, or Cake Supply store. You can add your own touch by topping them with royal icing so you can create a love note, sprinkles, or image. Heat oven to 325 Ingredients: 1 1/2 stick(s) (3/4 cup) unsalted butter at room temperature 1/2 cup(s) confectioners’ sugar 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract 1 1/3 cup(s) all-purpose flour 2 tablespoon(s) granulated sugar Beat butter, confectioners’ sugar and vanilla in a large bowl. Add in flour at a low speed. On a lightly floured surface with a floured rolling pin, roll the dough. Place dough 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
