Our clients come from a broad range of sectors , including health , finance , manufacturing , IT , education , hospitality and so on . What we find fascinating is that there are often similar issues in all of these sectors , no matter how large or small the organisation , and no matter what the sector . We are not necessarily experts in any one area , but we facilitate the process of development so that we can bring out the expertise in the group and help to develop creative thinking and problem solving strategies that can be applied no matter what the context or situation . We believe this sort of facilitation is more enabling long term than simply providing answers as consultants .
What are the main reasons that someone would choose you to help grow / develop / improve their business ? We focus on creative thinking and innovation , and we practice what we preach – so our clients often remark on how creative our programs are . We both have a background in education , and for us all learning needs to be experientially based and directly relevant to ensure it is high impact and it lasts . Our clients appreciate that we are able to get high levels of engagement from the group , even the cynics . We are able to reach long term outcomes , and we always use humour and have a great deal of fun in the process .
What process , services and support do your clients receive ?
We try to target the learning experience to meet each client ’ s needs , so we have specialists in a number of areas on our team to help provide services that will be most helpful . So we offer coaching , consulting , facilitation , licensing ( through train-the-trainer ) programs , and so on . We have developed a number of practical systems and tools that participants can take away and use after a program to ensure they are equipped for the long run . Where possible , we love to work with our clients over the long term so we can provide processes to assist with strategising , recalibrating and retargeting as needs and priorities change over time .
