What does scaling the
business mean?
We’ve refined the Think One
Team method and tools so that
it can be delivered anywhere
in the world. That has involved
testing it in many countries and
industries.
Over the past two years
we’ve prototyped the online
Collaboration Space, so that
is now pivotal to taking Think
One Team and delivering it in a
technology and services model
across the world.
In 2016 we are securing the
funding and partners to achieve
that scale.
