GETTING TO KNOW YOU There are lots of challenges at each stage of development. Choosing the right partners is hugely important, and so is deciding where to invest time and resources for the biggest impact. At our stage of development, the next two challenges are getting everything resilient and ready to scale internationally, and finding the right strategic partners in technology and sales channels. What does scaling the business mean? We’ve refined the Think One Team method and tools so that it can be delivered anywhere in the world. That has involved testing it in many countries and industries. Over the past two years we’ve prototyped the online Collaboration Space, so that is now pivotal to taking Think One Team and delivering it in a technology and services model across the world. In 2016 we are securing the funding and partners to achieve that scale. What advice would you give someone looking for a business consultant? 1.
