Check them out – speak to their previous clients and ensure that they can do what they say they can. Anybody can be a consultant these days, so don’t get caught out! Tell us about some of the expectations that you had. Have they been met? I had limited expectations when I started. I did not really know what I was getting into. I just knew I had to earn a certain amount of money to pay the mortgage and that there should be a payoff regarding flexibility and choice to enable me to also be the best mother and wife I could be.
