Shaun is an all-rounder , Amateur Bodybuilding Competitor , Martial Arts expert and now progressed to being a Personal Trainer at one of the “ hard core ” gyms in South Birmingham the Iron Works . Winning his first show in 2005 then gaining 22 trophies until present times . In 2013 coming 3rd at the British Championships and winning best poser . The future for Shaun means competing again as he misses the stage presence , owning his own preparation to compete , and discovering where you are at a national level
As the years have progressed Shaun has discovered the urge to train others , a need to educate people on the same dynamic journey that he himself took . Now a qualified PT , Shaun ’ s aim is to help as many people as possible achieve their fitness objectives . When training his clients he believes in a structure of being smart , strict , safe and effective – healthy and injury free is a must .

“ My inspiration is those that got me into training , now I love seeing people take the same journey that I did . If I can be part of that it gives me a great buzz .” The love of working with people of all levels of experience clearly drives him , adapting his way of working to suit the individual . Shaun ’ s love of martial arts has helped him succeed and construct a way of training like few others . “ The brain should be trained as a strong willed mind , which also equals a strong body ” he says . Shaun suggests that in order to move forward you have to believe in yourself , therefor believe to achieve – you should only worry about being the best you can be .
