Summary
CEO Ole Poulsen from the Silkeborg-
based company of the same name is an
innovative man. In 2017, with a portfolio
of brands including Danwear, Windfield
SWEPT
by Danwear, Danwear Black Label, Da’Wi
and Dun-Jak, he got the chance to revive
the once successful German outerwear
brand Swept. Ole Poulsen saw great po-
tential in relaunching the brand, espe-
cially in international markets, in which
Swept was already widely known and
popular.
- Swept completes the range of outerwear
from our company. Its style is slightly
younger than that of our other brands and
Swept attracts a wider audience. The look
SWEPT
and style is for women of all ages. Women
buy Swept because they like the style,
regardless of their age, Ole Poulsen says
about the relaunch.
Among Swept’s new items for Spring/
Summer 2019 is a new trench coat con-
cept. Combi jackets in light wool and light
down and oversize denim jackets are
among the highlights of the season.
SWEPT
The new light down jackets come in new
colours, with stripes, dots and check pat-
terns, and with brand new floral and ani-
mal prints.
