- Nature is the centre of our existence,
which made it an obvious area of focus.
We try to find natural materials and hand-
made products that give us a sense of so-
mething original and real. We look for
products with a personal expression and a
history that touches us, explains Mille Fly.
'A Kind of Nature' takes us to a modern
version of a world where peace, harmony
and authenticity is in focus rather than cli-
mate crisis, digitalisation and ‘fake news’.
The trend zone can be found in Hall D on
Formland in MCH Messecenter Herning.

JORDBO IS THE NAME OF THE NEW TREND
CAFÉ AT FORML AND SPRING 19
The understanding of the human being and the
challenges we have, helps us defining elements
to surround us with. More than ever, we want a
deeper emotional connec tion to produc ts and
environments. We need the produc ts to relieve
us from trouble, to engage our senses or to allow
self-reflec tion, says trend exper t Rikke Sk y t te. She
is behind the Trend Café JORDBO at Formland this
season.
The café is inspired by the zeitgeist with our
interest in ancient monasteries, authentic craf ts,
trekking tours and nutritious food. The inspiration
is transferred into the Nordic trend concept
JORDBO. It visualises clear trend direc tions
regarding shapes, colours, materials and tex tures.
