Because we’re very different from each other.
I am not at all good at the stuff he’s good at.

What is Jannie’s biggest strength?
Her personality and her brilliant ability to al-
ways stay positive – and yet go straight to the
point if necessary. She always does it in a very
constructive way, so no one feels overrun.
Add to that her special sense of NÜ’s distinc-
tive style.
What is Jannie’s most annoying habit?
She has a system in the design department,
where the creatives, when identifying a cer-
tain style goes “It’s the one with...” – and then
they clap their hands and slap their thighs,
and then they just know which style it is.
Everyone except me. I only recognize styles by
a name or a boring number.
Why are you a good match professionally?
Because we’re very much alike. We are both
enthusiastic and passionate. We have more
energy than most others, but we still manage
to stay on top of things. I’d go as far as to saying
that we bring out the best in each other, and
that has a positive effect on the rest of the
organisation.
