“Abundance is not something that you attract it is something that you allow.” MMIA: How do you balance the roles of mommy and entrepreneur? MINISTA JAZZ: It is a true tight rope. What works is doing my best in each moment to the needs of my family and business. I prioritize and don’t apologize. Some things I can not do and I am compassionate to myself in those moments, I am only one person. T he balancing act truly comes from staying clear in mind and spirit. I have integrated practices such as yoga and healthy eating on the physical spectrum and some how that discipline bleeds into every thing else that I do. MMIA: How do your children feel about mommy being an entrepreneur? MINISTA JAZZ: I believe that my children are truly proud of me. They look at me as a superhero. They see the day to day, week to week struggles and they figure, WOW she must be some kind of wonderful to handle it all. My older boys are grateful for the opportunities that my life and career has afforded them. They know that my work not only feeds belly but also the dreams of many people around the globe. MMIA: Does your husband/mate support you and your business? MINISTA JAZZ: Yes fully. My husband is also the CEO of Abundant Publishing and the SPIRITUAL INSTITUTION so he supports me with self publishing, internet marketing, and most of all featuring me as a teacher. We work cohesively as our dream is to spread the light of LOVE and ABUNDANCE throughout the world. It makes it easy that we have the same bigger mission in life. MMIA: Take us through a typical day in your life MINISTA JAZZ: There is no typical day in my life. EVERY DAY from month to month is SO different. Because I travel so much I can wake up in any country, on a plane, in a car, on a boat, etc. T he things that I have to include in my day no matter what: Talk to my kids via Facebook, Phone, Skype, or Text * Prayer & Meditation * Yoga & Workout * Juicing & Light Meals * Writing & Course Designing * OH... I SPENT AT LEAST AN HOUR A DAY on HAIR & MAKEUP which is my second love * Coaching & Spiritual discussion *Did I say prayer? I do that a lot! * OH... MMIA: What advice can you give to the woman who is reading this right now and thinking there’s no way she can start a business while running her household? MINISTA JAZZ: MOUNTAINS MOVE WHEN YOU KNOW T HAT IT IS POSSIBLE... you must let your passion be larger than your fears or concerns. Fear is an illusion of a reality unseen...choose faith, a reality unseen that actually works for your good. GET on the good side of faith and Everything else will unfold in perfect order. MMIA: Is there anything else you’d like to share with our readers? MINISTA JAZZ: Abundance is not something that you attract it is something that you allow. Like a fish in water or a bird in the sky... That which is all around us, will never run out. Keep swimming, keep flying, keep breathing... as long as you have your breath, GOD IS NOT FINISHED WITH YOU YET. Minista Jazz IG: @supersparkstar Twitter: @ministajazz June 2014 | MMIA Magazine | 11
