MMIA: How did you get started in your
business?
MINISTA JAZZ: After devastating
heartbreak and looking for relief, I
turned to prayer and meditation as a
form of healing. T his process revealed
to me my true passion, preaching and
teaching.
MMIA: How long did you stay stuck
in the “start-up stage” of your business
and what did you do to get “unstuck”?
MINISTA JAZZ: I feel like every
day is a “start up”. With technology
constantly changing it is a challenge
to keep up. Though it is a challenge
is it totally possible. So even up until
today, I am learning how to use the
web as a platform for my ministry. To
stay unstuck, I keep a learning attitude.
I know that I am a student to life and
all that it desires to reveal. As I stay
aware of the opportunities to grow, I
grow, and so does the business. Mostly
if ever I feel stuck, I call on the support
of people that are doing what I want to
do, living how I want to live, and have
what I desire to have. In order to be
“unstuck” I get inspired.
MMIA: Tell us about the A-HA!
Moment that changed your perception
of being an entrepreneur mom.
MINISTA JAZZ: T he moment
when I released that is was not going
to look like any one else’s journey of
motherhood. For so long I defined “good
mom” and “successful entrepreneur”
as two very different things. These
