HEELS on the runway
When selecting shoes to wear on the runway during the competition, make sure they are easy to get in and out of for the next change. They must also have a comfort fit when strutting the runway. The height of the heel matters to control your strut. If you're not able to tame a very high heel, then don't attempt to wear them on the runway. Its never a pretty sight to see shoes flopping or ankles wobbling on the runway.
