Yes , I call this part of my body foot , although it is not full . There was a crunching sound . I panicked . How so ? My leg is very important for me ! I had to spend a few weeks in bed . I laid , staring at the ceiling and thought : now it ’ s like to be disabled », - says Nick with a smile . The man was lucky to have good parents in childhood : the family did not abandon him , his parents loved , encouraged and supported the boy , his brother helped to take his first steps in public speaking . People , who have never seen Nick alive , might be surprised : how can one speak about fortune towards a person born without arms and legs ? However , the confidence and positivity radiated from this amazing person don ’ t displace pity from the hearts , leaving only admiration . Very few people would call Nick Vujicic disabled or even the person with disabilities . When he starts his monologue , one completely forgets how the person looks , just watches his smile , listens to the wise things . And only when the speaker himself reminds about his features ( to call them ugly is impossible too ), you remember that there isn ’ t an ordinary person in the scene . He is not able to do many things , to hug his wife and child , simply bring the spoon to his mouth or brush his teeth . But it all seems such a trifle , when Nick talks about his family , faith , attitude .
« I am full . Despite all the physical features , I am full as a person . Yes , I can ’ t hug my son when he cries . But I can make him give me a hug . I am very fortunate in having a good family – either where I was born , or that I created myself . In the hardest time my wife supported me , didn ’ t allow to fail . It was very important for me to hear such simple words : « I ’ m the one who ’ s here for you , no matter what happens ».
Nick joked and smiled much . And it seemed as if it had always been like this . That nature gave to a person born without arms and legs an excellent sense of humor . But the story Nick told covered different periods .
« У нас всегда будут проблемы в жизни . Закончатся эти – начнутся другие . Хочется поступить в институт ? В институте захочется зарабатывать . И вот вы устроились на работу . Вы счастливы ? Нет ! Так можно всю жизнь чего-то ждать , но так и не начать жить . И не думайте , что брак спасёт вас от одиночества и даст уверенность в завтрашнем дне . Дать эту уверенность можно только самому себе . Живите сейчас , слушайте своё сердце , помогайте другим !» - напутствовал россиян самый
