DREW M. DI SESSA, P.E., P.P., LEED AP
Area of Expertise
Drew Di Sessa is the owner and principal of Criterium-Di Sessa Engineers, a consulting
engineering firm serving northern New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania. Mr. Di Sessa
has over 24 years of diversified engineering experience in design, inspections, project
engineering, construction management, maintenance planning and industrial
maintenance, operations, and construction. Criterium-Di Sessa Engineers provides
residential inspections, reserve studies, property condition assessments, repair and new
construction design, phase I ESAs, EIFS moisture evaluations, maintenance planning,
forensic studies, and expert witness services.
Qualifications
Prior to establishing Criterium-Di Sessa Engineers in 2005, Mr. Di Sessa was the Civil
Engineering Department Manager for the PMK Group in New Jersey, providing technical
oversight and quality control for residential and commercial engineering construction
projects, as well as municipal infrastructure improvement projects.
Prior to that, Mr. Di Sessa was a Project Manager for the Professional Planning and
Engineering Corporation, where he was responsible for the planning, design, and
environmental permitting of residential and commercial site development projects.
Mr. Di Sessa spent the first seven years of his career with Abbington Associates, Inc. as a
project and design engineer. He was responsible for leading a project team on civil
engineering development projects, as well as the site design, utility design, and planning
for residential and commercial developments.
Education and Affiliations
Mr. Di Sessa received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University, and his
M.S. in Engineering Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He is a
Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, and a licensed planner in the State of New Jersey. He is a licensed home
inspector in New Jersey, and LEED AP (LEED accredited professional). He is a member
of the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE), the American Society of Civil
Engineers (ASCE), the National Academy of Building Inspection Engineers (NABIE),
and the New Jersey Society of Professional Engineers.
