According to Len Capozzo , director of community planning , “ The stunning parklike setting we have identified for the Town Center amenities will provide our residents with an unmatchable outdoor recreation setting . They will be able to play bocce ball and other lawn games while enjoying views of the nearby Intracoastal Waterway .
They also will be close to the Latitude Bar & Chill and Changes in Attitude Bar if they want to grab a drink or snack .”
Other outdoor amenities , of course , will include Latitude Margaritaville ’ s signature Paradise Pool as well as tennis and pickleball courts . There also will be a kayak launch for those who wish to explore by water and nature trails .
