Minotaur’s production functionality can accommodate food assembly and disassembly needs.
More importantly, Minotaur allows
you to break down a larger cut by
percentage but apportion the
costs of those cuts differently from
the percentage yield. For example, if a disassembly process produces steaks as well as other cuts,
you may wish to apportion more
of the cost to the higher value
