"waste is only the absence of creativity" Innovation is a constant thougth in our daily routine. For that reason, we have decided to dedicate our magazine to these matter, making a difference by creating a new look. We see innovation in the use of any ordinary food, some food that we have never thought of and the techniques of its manufacture. All of these will convert into inspiration and the exchange of ideas between Chefs, that are currently making a difference. This was the Adrià´s example, he was at LOCO as our guest to a 4 Hands Dinner.
