400g canned chickpeas
2 tbsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 crushed garlic cloves
A pinch of salt
4 tbsp of cold water
2 tbsp of olive oil
2 teaspoons of paprika
Gluten-free pitta breads or carrot
sticks to serve

WHAT TO DO
Drain the chickpeas and wash
thoroughly.
Place the chickpeas, lemon juice,
paprika, garlic, salt and water into a
food processor. Blend the ingredients
together until they form a creamy puree.
Empty the mixture into a Tupperware
tub and make the mixture smooth using
the back of a spoon.
