I am starting to lose weight and my wife says she prefers me cuddly than saggy (the excess skin is not attractive). I have been taking myself to the gym over the last two months and that’s helping. Is there anything you can do to help firm the skin?

Well done for achieving your goals of losing weight. It can be disappointing when such weight loss leaves you with troublesome excess skin. Depending on the problem areas and the amount of excess skin, we would have a number of options available to you at our clinics.
a) Fat loss injections for localised fat - these will help lose more inches whilst simultaneously helping the skin to tighten.
b) HIFU - ultrasonic waves can be applied on larger body parts offering further fat loss and tightening of tissues.
c) Endopeel - tightening of tissues through multiple injections in area, for example abdomen or pecs.
All of the above are highly effective and can be combined.
Please can you tell me what I can do to have a more masculine jaw line? I have had an overbite all my life and not the most chiseled features to begin with. I do not want to sound vain, but it would make me feel more confident.

Indeed, the jaw line being more enhanced and forming a visible rectangular shape at the jaw angle is considered a very masculine feature. This is fairly easily achievable with fillers and the effects last for 9-12 months. The procedure is pain free and can be done in about 20 minutes. What would you suggest is the best way to have a mole on my face removed? My husband says it’s my witchy spot as it has hairs coming out of it too. I laugh but deep down it hurts
