Where would you like to see your career in the next five years?

Within five years I will have multiple cafes and bistros, beautiful positioned throughout North America, Europe, Asia and Australia. This part of my journey is well under way. We are also currently creating a television series to compliment this.

What advice you would like to give aspiring Entrepreneurs?

I tell people, and not just young people, that if you are not in to win, then stay out, because success demands your time, energy and resources and you’ve got to ask yourself everyday :"How bad do I want it and am I willing to pay the price?”. They have to believe in themselves and their vision, even when they are walking that road completely alone.

What motivates you to get out of bed every morning?

My wife and three kids and the hopes and dreams that we have shared together from years.

Who or what inspires you?

I would say this is virtually an endless list, however, at the top of that list are Sylvester Stallone, my grandparents and my mother.

What is the craziest request you’ve entertained then prepared?

Laughs. I had a group of women who were in town who hadn’t seen each other since college. I was contracted as a Celebrity Chef and they asked me to serve them while wearing only my kilt and boots. I obliged!

What dessert would you make for a MilliOnAir reader?

I would do a beautiful Espresso Mandarin-Orange Pannacotta with rum infused Dark Chocolate.

You serve as a Celebrity Chef ambassador for iconic brands like KitchenAid Commercial, Chefworks and Microplane and many more, how have those experiences helped you in business?

Huge credibility. These iconic brands will not align their brand and integrity with you unless you are tried and tested. You have to be highly innovative and a master at many levels. In order to remain relevant and keep up with their ever-changing technology, you need to remain continually malleable and teachable.

What do you want to be remembered for the most?

I want to be remembered as a Legacy Celebrity Chef. A man who approached the world with insatiable passion and a desire to learn and create, to teach and raise up the next generation of great chefs. Lastly, but certainly what is most important, I want to be remembered as a great family man and philanthropist.

There you have it, a secret no more! We cannot wait to visit you in Hollywood and claim that beautiful dessert! Thank you David for your precious time.
