What are some of the things you look for in interns and employees during the hiring process?

They absolutely must have passion, vision and the determination to be successful and they absolutely must be teachable. I will not tolerate arrogance or ego.

When you’re catering events what is your favorite dish to prepare? Why?

Wow! I would say beautiful question! However I cannot choose a particular dish but I can tell you that I am internationally acclaimed for my steaks and seafood. In recent times I have been recognized by food connoisseurs for my ability to transform Japanese imported steaks and Norwegian Salmon into culinary works of art.
