 BEACH BODY PERFECT

By  Steven  Smith

AFTER A CARBOHYDRATE-filled few months and one too many alcoholic beverages, even the most gym-conscious of us can be left feeling overweight and bloated.

For me, I only have to look at a carb and it seems to attach itself directly to my stomach. Having done carb-free or reduced carb diets in the past, I was ready to embark on another one, as I’ve always had good results.

But, let’s face it, life is for living - and I was so tired of the fact that, no matter how many times I did cardio and worked out the stomach area, the excess just wouldn’t shift. Perhaps, after hitting my 50s, age came into play. Whatever it was, getting back into shape was becoming harder.

Trust me, I’ve tried every supplement and potion, with varying degrees of success. So, when I heard of Aqualyx, an injection that claims to take away the difficult areas of fat, it sounded too good to be true.

Aqualyx contains desoxycholan, a bile acid that is made in the liver and aids the digestion of fat. It has been around since 2004, when it was unveiled at the international aesthetic conference in Milan, but is still not widely known in the UK.

It was developed by the renowned aesthetic surgeon, the late Professor Pasquale Motolese, who used it in combination with external ultra sound, and had great success.

It can be used on the entire body, from double chins and the belly, where fat can be hard to shift no matter how healthy your lifestyle.

It’s a much safer and less expensive procedure than Liposuction or smart lipo and there is no down time. It can raise cholesterol levels for a short period and it’s advisable to have it done when you have a day off the next day, as you may feel tired.
