The exercises which work on muscle resistance enlarge the muscle, creating lift and promoting a firmer, more youthful-looking face. So by exercising the face you are actually building muscle fibre which reduces wrinkles.

Will touching and massaging my face give me wrinkles?

No not if you massage in the right way. All the techniques in The Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method work with all three layers of the skin to ensure that none of the connective tissue is broken down. By massaging correctly you will feel your skin will have better circulation, look smoother and firmer, toxins will be removed and tension reduced. It is, however, important to remember to use a lighter touch on the face than on the body as the skin is thinner on the face.

Does it matter if I do not do Face Yoga for a while?

It is best to do the exercises once a day, six days a week as recommended but if you go a while without doing it, don’t worry. You may notice a slight difference in your face when you don’t do them but your face will not suddenly droop or drop. Also, remember that the face muscles have a muscle memory so when you start again usually you can just pick up where you left off.

Should I moisturise my skin before or after following The Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method?

It is recommended to use the Pro Lift Moisturising Serum which is from the Fusion by Danielle Collins range, after the exercises and acupressure but before the massage and relaxation. I believe that beautiful skin comes from combining natural, organic skincare with Face Yoga, happy thoughts and a healthy lifestyle. It is this unique fusion which helps us to look and feel the very best version of ourselves.

Fusion by Danielle Collins is one of just a handful of brands which are natural, organic and certified by the Soil Association, the only official body to accredit products as organic. It has been developed with multi-award winning skincare specialist Wendy Sterling whose years of experience mean that Fusion products contain the most effective ingredients to give noticeable results.

The first product in the Fusion range, Pro Lift Facial Moisturising Serum is a concentrated skincare treatment, made entirely from high performing pro-active botanical seed oils. It works in harmony with the body, supporting the skin’s natural ability to regenerate new skin cells and fight the visible signs of ageing. The combination of Rosehip Oil, Carrot Oil, Evening Primrose Oil, Apricot Kernel Oil and Green Tea penetrate deep in to the skin to plump, hydrate and even out skin tone.

To use: Smooth two-six drops over the face and neck, ideally on damp skin. Use in place of your regular moisturiser. It is easily absorbed and non greasy. Live a Fusion life.
