Uhhhhh, trust and confidentiality! You are spot on and this month I just wrote a piece on that subject. Great minds think alike huh?

I get it though. An online relationship with a trainer is not the same as seeing you face to face, so trust is extremely important and building that rapport with your client will give you the confidence to keep going.

What if I only have 30 min to workout?

Contrary to what some may think, 30 minutes is plenty of time to do some damage. Of course those 30 minutes can be designed in multiple ways based on whether you have access to an actual gym, have a home gym or no equipment at all (body weight).

The key here is doing something in those 30 minutes as a way to stay consistent.  I refer to this as stacking pennies. It may not seem like much today but it adds up over time.  If you learn to trust the process and commit to the concept of the compound effect, those quick 30 minute sessions can produce some impressive results.
